Located at an altitude of 1,938 metres (6,358 feet) above sea level, Nainital lies down in a valley which has a pear-shaped lake, approximately two miles in circumference, and surrounded by mountains, of which the highest are Naina on the north, Deopatha on the west, and Ayarpatha on the south.

From the top of the higher peaks a magnificent view can be obtained of the vast plain to the south, or of the mass of tangled ridges lying in the north, encircled by enormous snowy range which forms the central axis of the Himalayas. Day 01: Delhi - Nainital
On arrival at Delhi Airport / Railway station meet and drive to Nainital, the most beautiful hill station of Kumaon. Check in to your hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Evening you will walk to Naini Lake and Mall road. Night stay Nainital.

Nainital, a hilly town in the Indian state of Uttarakhand, the headquarters of Nainital district lies in the Kumaon foothills of the outer Himalayas. Located at an altitude of 1,938 metres (6,358 feet) above sea level, Nainital lies down in a valley which has a pear-shaped lake, approximately two miles in circumference, and surrounded by mountains, of which the highest are Naina (2,615 m (8,579 ft)) on the north, Deopatha (2,438 m (7,999 ft)) on the west, and Ayarpatha (2,278 m (7,474 ft)) on the south. Day 02: Nainital
Morning after breakfast, start your sightseeing visiting Naina Devi temple. Located on the northern shores of Naini Lake, the divinity of the temple is ‘Maa Naina Devi’ represented by two eyes. Visit the Naini Lake, a beautiful tranquil 2 mile long pear-shaped lake. Enjoy boat a ride in the Naini Lake. Climb another 800 feet by rope-way to reach breathtaking Snow View Point. Early evening visit Nainital High Altitude Zoo which offers a safe and secure habitat to many high altitude animals. Some of the animals that can be speckled here are Himalayan Black Bear, Barking Deer, Silver Pheasants, Snow Leopard, Siberian Tiger, Rose ringed Parakeet, Palm Civet Cat, Sambhar Deer, Wolf, Hill Fox, Ghoral, Owl, Eagle and many rare Himalayan birds. After visit proceed to Hanuman Garh. This is a well known Lord Hanuman’s Hindu Temple hovering at the altitude of about 6,401 ft from sea level and a premeditated location that offers the artistic scenery of sunset. Enjoy the sunset and drive back to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 03: Nainital – Almora – Kausani (120kms)
After Breakfast check out from Hotel, leave for Kausani vai Almora, on arrival check in at hotel. Rest of the day free for independent activities, overnight stay hotel.

Day 04: Kausani Local Sightseeing
Morning after breakfast Proceed for a full-day tour of Kausani. Visit the Anashakti Ashram, a landmark of Kausani. The Ashram is renowned for its association with Mahatma Gandhi, who once stayed there. In this time he wrote a book called Anasakti Yoga. Visit the Rudradhari Falls and Caves, situated among terraced green paddy fields, and dense, fragrant pine forests. These magnificent waterfalls are a natural attraction here, and many ancient caves abound nearby. Puranic stories associate this place with Lord Shiv (Rudra) and Lord Vishnu (Hari). The Rudradhari Temple is a refitted natural cave in a magical setting, with dense oak forests stretching above. Overnight in Kausani.

Day 05: Kausani – Ranikhet – Delhi
Morning after breakfast drive Delhi via Ranikhet you can visit, Golf Course, Hairakhan temple, in time transfer to Airport / Railway station for onward destination.
